At The Garden Gym, we build your outdoor gym using 125mm diameter precision-machined timber posts, offering a premium, high-quality construction that stands the test of time. Unlike others who use fence posts, we use only  PlayGrade timber, known for its low-split properties — reducing the risk of finger traps and ensuring a safer, smoother workout experience.

Our modular system is completely flexible, allowing you to expand and adapt your gym as your training goals evolve. Whether you're adding new features or adjusting your setup, your gym grows with you.

The circular timber design not only delivers exceptional strength and stability, but also complements the natural aesthetics of your outdoor space — so it looks as good as it performs.

We’re committed to more than just fitness. Our timber is sourced exclusively from sustainably managed forests, with many components carrying FSC or PEFC certification. As a renewable, recyclable, and biodegradable material, timber helps reduce environmental impact — and each tree grown absorbs CO₂ from the atmosphere.
